PAYMENT POLICIES
All rates are based on Five (5) hour usage. Three (3) additional hours (maximum) allotted time for caterer set up. $500.00 per additional hour, (arranged in advance only).
A 25% non-refundable Reservation Deposit is required within ten (10) days after receipt of written contract (non-refundable in event of cancellation). Full Payment is due no later than 30 days prior to event. No bill or notice will be sent. A security deposit of $500.00 must accompany the Reservation Deposit. Security Deposits will be returned within 30 days of event, subject to the condition of property upon close of event.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
*Resident discount applies only to residents of Easttown Township who are the sole party(ies) responsible for contract and payment of facility, caterer, musicians or D.J.s. For weddings, the resident discount will apply only to the bride, groom or their respective parents.
Easttown based eleemosynary organizations established for the betterment of the community may apply for a discount from the applicable residential rate.
